1. Trying to sell oneself

Many new company owners are uncomfortable with the prospect of having to market themselves, especially if they have never done it before. The term “selling” may also elicit bad associations with other aspects of one’s life. 7. Make your selections right away

Making choices in a timely way is something that almost everyone has difficulty with at some point. We are worried that we are not devoting enough time to deliberating about our options. In the corporate world, inaction will get you nowhere fast. No matter how unpopular your choice may seem at the time, taking action and moving ahead will provide you with more instant feedback. 8. Putting things off till later

Procrastination is the epitome of indecision at its finest. When you put things off, you interrupt the natural flow of things. If you find it difficult to follow through on promises, start by promising simple things and doing them first. Sometimes it is essential to violate a promise, such as when a client or customer makes demands that are beyond the boundaries of the original contract. Essentially, it is about protecting you and your company in such a situation. It is impossible to generalize about every case. It is crucial for business success to maintain commitments to clients and prospective consumers, but it is also important to honor pledges to oneself. Consider establishing a new mentality that says, “I will do whatever I say I will do.”
